Cheese!
This was my first Incident and it changed my life, but the cheese certainly were more into electronic syth music towards the end, that's partially the reason the went on hiatus a difference in opinion as to what the direction the band should take it's music Billy want a more bluegrass pickin' sound where as Kang wanted to get more funkish with an electronic sound, all I know is I picked a doosey, and I'm so glad CHEESE IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!

The Historical Path of the Cheese!
So - ah, the ole cheese has had some amazing conglomerations of musical direction. I feel that the Cheese had really spiraled more into electronica towards the end. I am really true to the 99-2001 era of these guys....but holy cow the jams that became possible once they dabbled more and more into the electronic world....joining sounds like SSS9 and Logic into the deal....these guys are truely as revolutionary to music as the beatles...they seemed to effortlessly take it there just wanting hang out and jam....open to new stuff.....I really miss em.....EL Padj

Ya dude I agree that bonnaroo is pretty comercial. But You shouldnt bitch about it. We should celebrate the unity that it creates.
Oh.. and By the way SCI has been playin Roo for a few years, amigo.

Hey Birchola You Have NO Class.
Why don't you take your negativity somewhere else. Music has the potential to cause a big change in how the next generation deals with the world we all have to live in. The more exposure they get the better. I know the scene just isn't like it was three years ago when you started going to concerts and you're jaded and too cool for school. I also apologize for not reviewing the sound quality, I'm not a huge SCI fan, its just too commercial ;)

hit a real festival
SCI sounds like they are playing an amazing show at this commercial written festival...Bonnaroo is so mainstream...this band is great and always have been..they shouldnt waste their talent on something like bonnaroo

What's happening to jam?
Good show but damn all the electronics with a few bands suddenly. What has happened to the jam band? Not to single out the Cheese but why don't we get back to the jam, tribal, percussion where has the percussion gone...the electronics blurr the music!!!

Great show, must have
For whatever reason I had only heard them taped a few times. This show made me a HUGE fan. I saw this show live at Bonnaroo, but the recording of it is stellar as well. It's one I crave when I haven't listened to it for a while. You could feel this overwhelming sense of something at the show, I believe now it was the fact that fans new they were not going to be together much longer. Powerful, very good, groovy jams. I ripped the three CDs for the whole show and I still wish it was longer.

yea
My only incident, a mind blowing experience. I love that it was Tool right before Cheese, complete polar opposites that were 2 of the best shows of the fest. Even better was being herded from Tool to Cheese.
there's a hoooooooooooole!

It's hard to get me not to see STS9, but this was worth it. More then worth it. Most of the people at this show it was thier last SCI show. A monumental event, and they played up to it. Keller comming out was just the icing on the cake.
